Thesis structure: introduction, four chapters, conclusions and recommendations, bibliography (193 sources), 10 appendixes, 183 pages. The results of the research are published in 9 scientific works.
The object of research and thesis aims. The aim of the paper is to research the essence and the particularities of the political relationship instituted and established between the central authorities of the Republic of Moldova and ATUG authorities. The specific aims of the research are: the identification of the reason of the ethnic conflict in the south of the Republic of Moldova, from the beginning of the 90th of the XX centuries; the description of the creation and the development of political relationship between the central authorities of the Republic of Moldova and those ATUG; the identification of the most essential socio-political problems in the process of the development of the such kind of relationship; the foreseeing of the political and legally institutionalized opportunities of the development of ATUG; within the political system of the Republic of Moldova.
The scientific originality. The present research has shown that the compromise solution to resolve disagreements in the region in southern Moldova, inhabited by the Gagauz, is an optimal and consistent international standards. The mechanism can be used for regulation of other territorial conflicts of this kind. Also, as a result of research were identified optimization solutions plenary existing socio-political relations.
The theoretical importance and the application value: the analytical and the
descriptive material, formulated by the authors of the dissertation, will replace the lacks which
exist in the political science of the Republic of Moldova, concerning the studies of the problems
on socio-political system of gagauzians in the Moldovan political system. The results of the
research may be used to optimize the elaboration of politics by the central and the regional
political authorities of the Republic of Moldova.
