Summary

PhD dissertation in psychology "Psychodiagnosis of Personality Disorders Using the Electronic System for Diagnosis Assistance", Chisinau, 2011, is displayed on 120 pages and is subdivided into: introduction, 3 chapters, conclusions and recommendations, 3 annexes, quoted bibliography from 164 sources, 15 tables and 17 figures. The results of the research are published in 7 scientific works.

Field of study: personality psychodiagnosis.

The aim of study is the basic Principles substantiation, development of the integratory model and the instrument for personality disorders psychodiagnosis. Research objectives: to develop an integratory model for psychodiagnosis of personality disorders; to determine specific symptoms, organic ones and relations between objective symptom and related disturbances; to integrate the symptoms and their correlations into a single system of psychological and psychiatric diagnostic criteria; to develop the electronic system based on the model.

Scientific innovation and theoretical significance to research: the new instrument of diagnosis „The Electronic System for Diagnosis Assistance”, elaborated relying on the new model concepts, allows discovering and locating the most probable specific personality disorder, biologic cerebral syndrome or the type of biological personality disorder in optimal time and with a high probability. The introduction of new elaborated factors in personality disorders diagnosis, the obligation of a symptom, weight of a symptom and the intensity coefficient, were implemented and tested in the dissertation, provided the elaborated system with desired sharpness.

Practical importance: the research potentially allowed implementing a performing psychodiagnosis system in mental health system and offering new opportunities for its development in other areas as Human Resources and Social Assistance.

The implementation of scientific results was achieved by introducing new factors in the Electronic System for Diagnosis Assistance and applying them starting with the year of 2003, until 2004 inside the Psychopathology Laboratory, belonging to the Republican Clinical Psychiatric Hospital of the Republic of Moldova.
