The thesis structure: introduction, 4 chapters, conclusions and recommendations, a bibliography of 285 titles, 168 pages of basic text. The obtained results are reflected in 5 scientific studies.

Field of study, purpose and objectives. The present work is related to the branch of forensic tactics, having the goal to develop an algorithm for making presentation for recognition, recommendations to optimization the procedural, tactical and organizational framework of the criminal prosecution. The objectives are: to analyse the situation in the domain and publications on thesis topic, to determine the concept and to establish the scientific basis of presentation for recognition; psychological processes that take place; to fix the principles of organization and preparation, competences of involved jurisdictions; to elucidate the methodology of different types of presentation for recognition; to highlight subjective and objective aspects in the process of unrolling different types of presentation for recognition; to emphasize the difficulties that appear in the practice of appreciation and checking the results of presentation for recognition by the resort bodies, and to develop an algorithm for their evaluation; systematizing errors, existing gaps, identify opportunities for control and quality management possibilities of performing of presentation for recognition.

Scientific novelty and originality. The novelty of the work presents one of the first complex investigation of forensic tactics for making presentation for recognition in our country. The originality of the work lies in highlighting and systematizing existing gaps in this activity, arguing some proposals of area improvement, which is currently insufficiently developed in local forensic doctrine, determining the concept, organizational, management, analysis and results’ verification peculiarities. The important scientific solved problem lies in elucidation of multiple types of presentation for recognition liable to be used in practice, elaborate recommendations on tactical organization, their development and documentation, the submission of an optimal legal framework for the conduct of mentioned institution.

Theoretical significance and applied value of the work is to develop the doctrine of presentation for identification. The practical value is manifested in its practice brought to contribution of investigation crimes using evidence process, scientific research, the elaboration of manuals, guides, in training of criminal investigation officers, on developing some coherent procedural legislation.

Implementation of scientific results: in the educational process of law schools by lecture notes, seminars and as practical guide in the activity of criminal investigator officers.
