Summary

The thesis is dedicated to the study of the complex activities, specific to the sport organisation in general and to the public right performances, in special.

The theoretical fundament of the thesis is based on the approach of the following aspects:

• The main problems of the management of the human activities, the real manner in which this can be found in sport organisations.
• The historic evolution of the forms of sport organisation.
• The legal framework of the organisation and functioning of the performance-oriented organisations in Romania.
• Particular aspects of the sport organisation referring to: personality of the manager, working style, management of time, of information, of the marketing, of the public relations, of the evaluation
• The importance of the financing in the activity of the sport organisation
• The importance of economic indicators in the increase in the efficiency of the activity of the sport organisations.

The concrete basis of the undertaken research has been signified by the analysis of the main efficiency factors of the sport organisation: sports-performance and financial indicators

The results of the investigation are materialised in:

• Recommendations in making the activity of the sport organisation for performance of public right more efficient on the level of the main managerial parts;
• Recommendations regarding the enhancing of the activity in the public resources domain;
• Recommendations regarding the enhancement of the managerial efficiency on the level of the time and information administration, sports marketing, public relations, evaluation;
• Identification of a new financing source and the optimisation of the financial management parameters.
