Summary

The present dissertation is meant to theoretical-methodological and practical aspects of increase in economical efficiency and production potential of the viticulture-wine-making branch of AIC of the Republic of Moldova.

To that end, on the basis of research, analysis and history of the problem, there methods and modalities of branch operation are elaborated, theoretical and practical aspect of risks in the branch examined, system of economical-mathematical interconnected models elaborated allowing making important conclusions concerning dynamic development of the branch, viticulture and wine-making economical efficiency estimation indexes system specified; for a series of economical indexes, there interpretations of their dynamics that can be used in economical theory are proposed. Economical processes of the viticulture-wine-making branch are presented in a language of symbols and graphics. This method contributes to a better study, analysis and determination of the dependency between economical indexes. On the basis of systematic approach, cybernetic, economical-mathematical models, the cycle of economical activity of a technological unity, being the basis of elaboration of an economical strategy of stabilization of branch operation in perspective is examined graphically and mathematically in the paper.

In dissertation, issues concerning elaboration of new approaches of the methods of distribution of profit among production partners, setting interconnection between goods quality, consumption and price, prognosis calculation of wine-making products consumption, model of the structure and arrangement of the primary wine-making plants, determination of analytical conditions and achieving the most increased branch potential, being the basis of adoptions of correct managerial solutions take a significant place.

In dissertation, analysis of methods of determination of economical efficiency in the branch is presented, methods of justified distribution of profit among three domains: viticulture – wine-making – trade are proposed. Research performed has allowed the author to enunciate the strategy of increase in branch economical efficiency, propose methods of development of viticulture-wine-making branch in dynamics. Economical processes of the viticulture-wine-making branch are examined in dissertation systemically, widely using mathematics, making research complex and generalized. Elaborated methodical approaches and practical recommendations are of special interest both for viticulture-viniculture branch and other AIC branches.
