Summary

Thesis structure: introduction, three chapters with conclusions, conclusions and general remarks, bibliography of 364 sources, 155 pages of basic text, the declaration of assuming the responsibility, the author‘s CV.

Thesis results were reflected in 16 research papers.

Field of study: Folkloristics.

The aim of of the thesis consists in to identify and research the functionality of intertextualisated ethno-folkloric constituets in the structure of prose of Romanian writers from Republic of Moldova in the 1960-1980 years and evaluation the levels of assimilation, sublimation, aesthetic transfiguration of motifs, mythical and folkloric symbols and images of popular creation in artistic works of prose of writers: Ion Constantin Ciobanu, Vasile Vasilache, Vladimir Beşleagă, Druţă Ion Dumitru Matcovschi, Vlad Ioviţă, George Meniuc, Spiridon Vangheli etc.

The objectives of the present research are:  The value reconsidering of phenomenon of relating folklore with written literature;
 The illustration of conceptual specific of ethno-folkloric constituents, synthesizing studies addressing this theme;
 The interpretation and correct examination of the phenomenon of folklorism, establishing authentic dimensions of the analyzed process;
 The evaluation of the phenomenon of organic assimilation of the ethno-folkloric constituents in the prose of Romanian writers of Moldova (1960-1980 years).

The scientific novelty and originality of the work lies in analyzing the problem of relations between folklore and prose of Romanian writers from Moldova from folkloristic perspective.

Historical and theoretical investigations of the evolution of the correlation between the traditional oral creation and Romanian written literature led us to appreciate the distinctive level of phenomenon of folklorism from post-war years compared with other literary periods. The originality of the study consists in reviewing and interpreting of folkloric constituents used by writers in their creations, presenting and required references from the folk tradition.

Scientific solved problem consist in historical and theoretical revaluation of modalities of reception, recontextualization, organic assimilation or aesthetic transfiguration of ethno-folkloric components in the prose of Romanian writers of Moldova (1960-1980 years), fact which contributed to the formulation of original ethno-folkloric perspective to interpretation of folkloric-literary interferences having an effect the reconceptualisation of the fundamental notions of folklorism and ethno-folkloric constituents in view of reinterpretation and objective value appreciation of prose of Romanian writers of Moldova for the period indicated.

The practical value of the work lies in examination of the literary context of the post-war years, in which it was harnessed mainly popular creation, making a distinction between the traditional and arising meanings from creative transfiguration of prose of writers, thus extending the possibilities for comparative examination of assimilated ethno-folkloric constituentss, operating analytically between traditional and fictional context.

The implementation of research results. The results of the thesis were implemented within the institutional research project The evolution of Romanian literature, folklore and theory of literature in European and world context of the Institute of Philology of the ASM and in drawing up the scientific communications presented at international and national conferences
