Number of publications on the topic: The main provisions of the thesis were published in 9 scientific works volume of 2,58 p.p.

The aim of the work is to improve the theoretical, methodological principles and practical measures for the sustainable development of the wine industry enterprises of Gagauzia within organizational innovations.

Work Tasks: to study a set of defining the essence of innovation and innovative basic scientific terms and installations processes; explore the features of organizational innovations and their impact on competitiveness companies; to analyze the methodological tools of assessing the effectiveness of organizational innovation; analyze the types of innovation that are used in wineries of Gagauzia; develop a mechanism for the formation and implementation of organizational innovation in the enterprise; develop a methodology for assessing the effectiveness of organizational innovation in the enterprise; develop a model of development management wineries in Gagauzia in the context of organizational innovations.

The scientific novelty and originality of the work lies in addressing the problem to develop conceptual provisions in modeling business processes of development in the wine industry of Gagauzia within the organizational innovation and justification in development of management systems of enterprises helps to ensure effective wineries and competitiveness of Gagauzia in the current economic conditions.

The importance of the scientific problem: methodical and practical recommendations of management wineries that allow increase to their competitiveness in the crisis of the industry.

The theoretical significance and practical value of the work due to its novelty lies in the development of implementation mechanisms and assessing the effectiveness of organizational innovation in the enterprise. In addition, materials of this work can be used as a theoretical-methodological base for courses such as: "Innovation Management", "Management", and "Project Management". The recommendations made by the author of the study, can be used in the economic activities of subjects as the wine industry and related industries; in the formulation of development and improvement of programs development and increasing the competitiveness of the wine industry in the state and regional levels; when making decisions and forecasting of innovative activity of the enterprise.

Implementation of scientific results carried out for their implementation in the activities of the Association of Winemakers of Gagauzia – "Gagauz-Vin", companies: "Tomai-Vinex" SA, "Invinprom" SRL, "Vinuri de Comrat" SA.
