Field of study: Political sciences and the study of human security.

Goal and objectives. The goal of the work consist in political-systemic research of bioethical dimentions of human security in the perspective of evaluation of the degree of efficiency of state’s policies in the field of assuring security an welfare of human person in correlation with bioethical principles. The following objectives are proposed to be tackled: effectuating the historiographic analysis of the most relevant achievements in the study of human security and bioethics for identification of the degree of research of this problematics in the worldwide specialty literature; realization of systemicpolitical analysis of interdisciplinary aspects, of conceptual approaches and of theoretical-methodological landmarks in the study of bioethics as a theoretical-practical foundation in assuring human security; research of theoretical-methodological approaches and of perspectives related to correlation of the field of bioethics with human security conception; presentation of the conceptual and political scientific evolution of the domains of human security in the East-European context; performing of the analysis of the process of politicizing of bioethical dimension of human security as well as of the national and East-European contribution to the growing of the role of bioethics in the process of assuring human security; evaluation of the importance of bioethics and of the conception of human security in the process of adjusting of politics to the contemporary global priorities in conditions of world crisis; determining of the importance and utility of political bioethics in assuring of security of human being; defining of the specific of the phenomenon of bioethization of security and political processes in the context of necessities of counteraction of human security menaces as well as of the challenges of global crisis; analyzing of methodological and practical-applying components of the bioethical conception in correlation with human security policies in Republic of Moldova; researching of normative approaches on the bioethical problematics in the context of necessity of amplifying of the process of human securitization in Moldova.

Scientific novelty and originality lies in a complex political-systemic study on human security and bioethics through multidisciplinary and interdependent approach to the institutions of assuring of human security nationally and internationally, to moral and legal norms and social-political processes, scientifically exploited in the context of researched problematics with impact on assuring of human security in Republic of Moldova, conform to bioethical principles. The fundamentally new results contributed to the creation in the Republic of Moldovan of a new scientific direction in political science – policy of human security in Republic of Moldova, being based on investigation of interconnection between human security conception and bioethical field as component parts of the social-political system, as well as a distinct integral system designed to ensure human security according to bioethical principles.

The theoretical significance results from development of a methodological and conceptual framework with multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary character, in a perspective of analyticalepistemological scientific exploring of the human security and bioethical problematics from a systemicpolitical point of view.

The practical value of the work consists in preparation and presentation of scientific results of the study with a feasible and certain value that can be used for development, promotion and implementation of state policies and strategies in the fields of human security, of national security and of bioethics, with normative and regulative extension in different sectors of social activity.

The implementation of the scientific results was achieved through the elaboration in the working the group of the draft of National Security Strategy of the RM (2015-2016), in the projects: 15.817.06.12F - Development of legal framework of RM in the context of the needs for security and assurance of European pathway (2015-2018), 11.817.07.21F - Interaction between state and civil society in RM in the context of deepening of democratic reforms (2011-2014), 09.820.07.07UF - Human being in the space of disease: humanistic methods of research of the disease (2009-2010) and others.
