Summary

Structure of the thesis: introduction, three chapters, general conclusions and recommendations, bibliography of 137 titles,115 pages of basic text, 11 figures and 11 tables, 2 annexes. The number of publications on theme of the thesis: The achieved outcomes are published in 10 scientific works, 2,4 a.s.

Field of study: 521.03 Economics and Management in the field of activity. The aim and the objectives of the thesis: The aim of the thesis is to incentivize scientifically and to elaborate the basic concepts on the creation and the functioning of the management teams, which would be able to improve the management of the modern companies from Republic of Moldova.

The aim and objectives of the thesis: The aim of the thesis is to develop the theoretical and organizational basis of the formation of local administration bodies in a city under Europeanization conditions. In order to achieve the proposed goal, the following tasks were formulated: the development of the conception of the local administration bodies as a form of the social-state partnership; finding new trends in the development of municipal management in contemporary conditions; determining the new features of the city as a social-economic system in the conditions of Europeanization;the foundation of well-defined local government bodies and the appropriate organizational structure in a city.

The important scientific problem solved consists in the scientific and methodological substantiation of the municipal management and the determination of the new urbanization and functioning features of the city as a socio-economic system, which confirmed the opportunity to promote the OAL organization model in a city, in view of the development and improvement of local management management under Europeanization conditions based on special organizational structures.

The important scientific problem solved: the development of the concept of local government bodies as a form of the social-state partnership; finding new trends in the development of municipal management in contemporary conditions; determining the new features of the city as a social-economic system in the conditions of Europeanization; the foundation of well-defined local government bodies and the appropriate organizational structure in a city; proposing the way to model the OAL organization in a city; The theoretical significance of the paper is the study of the works of local and foreign authors in the field of contemporary economic theory, the management theory, the legal framework of Romania and other official documents, regarding the problems of local public administration management.

The applicative value of the paper is the use of the methodological treatments contained in the paper, as well as the methodical recommendations and the practical proposals that ensure the possibility of obtaining complete, objective and truthful information about the true situation of the locality, which allows timely monitoring of the socio-economic situation. Implementation of scientific results. The basic outcomes and conclusions have been proposed and approved in international scientific conferences. On 10 research papers were developed with a volume of 2.0 a.s.
