Thesis Structure: The thesis includes: annotation, the list of abbreviations, introduction, 3 chapters, conclusions and recommendations, bibliography of 276 titles, 10 annexes, 146 pages of basic text, 45 figures and 15 tables. The obtained results are published in 18 scientific papers.

Domain of Study: Psychology of language disorders and communication The Purpose of Research consists in determination of the form of communication of children with language disorder, the elaboration and implementation of a complex psychologopedic intervention program in order to develop communication and improve/ overcome language disorders in pre-school children with language disorder.

The Objectives of the Research were to determinate the form of communication of children with language disorder and to identify the level of language development in children aged 5-6; developing and implementing a comprehensive psycho-logopedic intervention program aimed at developing communication and improving/overcoming language disorder and counseling/psychoeducation of parents.

The important scientific problem solved consists in the identification of alternatives to the development of communication among pre-school children with language disorders by determining the form of communication in large pre-school with language disorders; assessing the level of language development in children aged 5-6. and parents' attitude towards the language deficiency of their own child, as a result, we have developed and implemented a psycho-logopedic program focused on the developing the communication of pre-school children with language disorders, alleviating/overcoming language disorders, and counseling parents. The Scientific Novelty and Uniqueness. For the first time at national level the comparative experimental study of the communication of pre-school children with language disorders and typical development was carried out, and the specific communication form was determined; the level of language development has been identified and parents' attitude towards the language deficiency of their own children has been established; a complex psycho-logopedic intervention program has been implemented to develop the communication of pre-school children with language disorders and counseling/psychoeducation of their parents.

The Theoretical Significance. The results of the investigation enrich the theoretical bases of psychological and speech therapy with new information related to the knowledge of the form of communication in pre-school with language disorders and the level of language development in children aged 5-6, of the attitude of parents towards the language deficiency of their own child; through the complex psycho-logopedic intervention program we contribute to the dissemination of the way to develop the communication of pre-school with language disorders and counseling of their parents. Research data will supplement psychological and logopedic science with new information.

The Applicative Value of the Research lies in the elaborated, implemented and verified of a a psycho-logopedic intervention program, useful to preschool education practitioners and parents by offering intervention patterns that can be applied, debated and integrated into the sphere of language as essential elements of communication; the set of selected and elaborated methods serve to evaluate the communication and language of preschools.

The Implementation of the Scientific Results. The resulting materials are used in the pre-school education process, in the teaching of university, masters or continuous training in the field of speech therapy and special psychopedagogy - Logopedic Assistance, Logorithmics, Psycho-logopedic Diagnostics, Special Psychopedagogy
