Thesis structure: introduction, three chapters, general conclusions and recommendations, bibliography from 167 sources, 57 figures, 33 tables, 2 formulas and 10 annexes. The research was reflected in 16 scientific publications.

The goal of the research is to develop theoretical-methodological and applied approaches in relation to assessing the influence of the information system in the structure of higher economic education within the labor market needs in order to optimize and streamline the management of qualified specialists in this field for the national economy. In order to achieve the proposed goal, will be accomplished the following objectives: conceptual substantiation of the structure of the information system, to determine the functional criteria within the economic entity; generalization of theoretical-methodological research on the management of the information system within higher economic educational institutions; estimating the management process of the information system in higher economic educational institutions in Republic of Moldova; researching the degree of training of young specialists with higher economic education for optimal inclusion in the labor market; forecasting the needs of the national economy in specialists with higher economic education.
The scientific novelty and originality of the work consists of: generalization and deepening of the theoretical research on the definition of information system defined by functional criteria within the economic entity; elaboration highlighting the defining elements of the methodological framework with reference to the management of the information system in the system of higher educational institutions; degree analysis of concordance between the information system in higher economic education in relation to the labor market; identification and application of mathematical and questionnaire tools in order to correlate the professional competencies of specialists trained in the environment of economic universities within the current labor market requirements; elaboration of recommendations for improving the management of the information system within the higher economic education related with the labor market.
The important scientific problem solved in the thesis lies in the analysis of the management of the information system in higher economic education in order to raise the level of staff trained in the environment of an economic university for their optimal placement on the labor market.
The theoretical and applied significance of the thesis is relevant by the fact that the results obtained in the thesis are a significant support of theoretical and methodological approaches with reference to the information system in economic higher education and its influence on the labor market. Structured recommendations can be used to strengthen the management mechanism of the information system in the structure of higher economic education to bring it in full compliance with labor market requirements.
Implementation of scientific results. The scientific results, the methodological elaborations and the
practical recommendations, adhering to the research topic, are confirmed by implementation certificates and the
innovator certificate obtained within the performed researches. The recommendations and elaborations proposed
by the author, can be a consistent landmark for the activity of higher economic educational institutions, as well
as for a deeper implementation of the topics related to the field of research in the university and postgraduate
courses in the specialized disciplines.
