Summary

The basic strategic purpose of agriculture of Romania is manufacture of qualitative articles of food. The enterprises of agriculture are obliged to guarantee high quality of food stuffs proceeding from requirements of market economy that is reached{achieved} by introduction of system of a quality management. The purpose of the given work is research of influence of management on process of improvement of quality of articles of food in the food-processing industry, and also a scientific substantiation of use of leasing as basic tool in maintenance of financial support of process of manufacture and realization.

In introduction the urgency of a theme of research is argued, the purposes and research problems are formulated, scientific novelty, the theoretical and practical importance of the received results is designated.

In the first chapter, using the scientific literature which list totals 111 bibliographic sources, evolution and prospects of an agrarian and industrial complex is investigated within the framework of integration of Romania into EU that has allowed to allocate group of specific factors of national development.

In the second chapter on the basis of a rich information material theoretical bases of a quality management are analyzed.

The third chapter is devoted to research of leasing as basic tool in maintenance of financial support during manufacture and realization of articles of food.

In the fourth chapter are determined and the basic ways of rationalization and modernization of complex system of a quality management to activity SC FORUM SA CONSTANŢA - the manufacturer of beer WEISSBIER are opened.

Generalization of theoretical bases of development of a quality management of articles of food, the comparative analysis of the saved up experience in manufacture and realization of the articles of food financed through leasing, have allowed to reveal components of system of the management, not adequate to the Quality management used in EU. In work the circuit on harmonization of standards ISO 9000-2000, based on harmonization of national and European standards is offered, the formula of financing of business in the food-processing industry also is offered.
