Summary

The purpose and the objectives of the thesis are determined by the necessity of research and development of the theoretical, methodological and practical perspectives of the economical mechanism and its role in increasing the efficiency of the activity of farms.

The subject of the thesis has been chosen reasoning from the idea that the appropriate approaching of economical mechanism concept is too little realized at this stage by entrepreneurs in the field of the agrarian sector of the Republic of Moldova.

A great attention was given to the analysis of farming activity efficiency in the light of evaluation of economical mechanism elements and the determination of measures for their adaptation in farming activity in competition terms. On the basis of the analysis made the author has elaborated a series of measures referring to the economical mechanism role, performing of the economic efficiency increase of farming: using the economic instruments, statistical prognosis, the systems of farming consolidation through the policy based on foreign investments obtaining. The application of the mathematical model for evaluation criteria of economic efficiency of the economical mechanism in farming activity is also presented.

The elements of scientific innovation in the work favor the more profound comprehension of the economical mechanism concept and the proposed methodology for the efficiency increase of farming activity.
