Summary

The thesis’s approach is on the improvements of effectiveness of handball training for juniors II, by means of optimizing the instruction programming on some operational objectives support. Here are presented the latest studies which scientifically fundament programming and planning the training session, as well as the coordinates for operating with objectives and the scientific process of rationing the means of action. There was determined the system of instruction objectives in handball and their hierarchy, as well as establishing the operational objectives for the subjects from the experimental group, continuing with examples from primary means of approach.

On the basis of data obtained at initial testing and coaching analysis, corroborated with results from the previous year, the prognosis of progress that needs to be achieved was determined. A series of annual preparation programs were developed on middle cycles, micro cycles and training lessons whose practical unfolding was continuously monitored by initial, intermediate and final testing which permitted the prompt correction of initial programming.

Testing showed the dynamics of achieved progress which was scientifically justified at the end. The experiment results, the theoretical fundaments, the methodological fundaments, the sociological investigations have permitted us to construct objectified models which can constitute scientifically determined reference points for a rational programming of operational objectives for juniors II in handball.

The conclusions, sufficiently numerous but needed, highlight a concept which can be unitary concerning programming the training at this level, as well as the most efficient ways of putting it in practice.
