Summary

This paper presents an effort to study the world sport elite grounding on the analysis of sampling characteristics of sportsmen’s general totalities (both men and women) and their sporting effectiveness. The world elite sportsmen characteristics have been revealed, that are appropriate for resolving some practical tasks, such as model characteristics, markers correlating with the motor abilities, the tendencies and dynamics of the sporting effectiveness.

The theoretical, expert, and mathematical-statistical analysis of the data of world sporting elite’s representatives has been made, as well as their effectiveness achieved in each type of sport, specialization, weight, in particular, the analysis of all kinds of the Olympic program of the light athletics. For the first time there has been taken an effort of the complex analysis of several sporting disciplines in one paper, sport specialization, all weight categories on the base of sampling characteristics of sportsmen’s general totalities (men-women), predominantly during the years 1980-1991-2004-2006.

The data about the measuring parameters, their derived indexes, sporting effectiveness and other official data about the world sporting elite sportsmen that cover as a rule their general totalities will allow getting relevant information about model characteristics of modern elite’s representatives of different kinds of sport, sporting role specialization, different weighting categories as a result of expert and mathematical-statistical analysis. Bringing in the data and knowledge from the multitude of disciplines about the human nature in aggregate with the data about them will allow revealing the latent (hiding) characteristics of elite’s representatives.

The comparative analysis of sportsmen data of different generations, the cohort including different generations from historical point of view will allow to have a better judgment about the dynamics of sportsmen’s characteristics and their effectiveness, as on this basis it is more reasonable selection, teams formation and forecast fecundity.

The scientific and practical tasks of sportsmen weight regulation have been summarized. The received results are presented in the form of scientific and practical recommendations to the coaches, sportsmen and contributory specialists.
