Summary

The present research was developed for the formulation and implementation of general and operational strategies through innovational consolidation.

The determined targets were correlated with the real possibilityes of leading sports organizations with the specific combat sports (wrestling, free, judo), the contents of the strategic management of the theory and methodology of the supervision of sports organizations were appreciated as well as the developing of a concept of innovational and adecvat principle, of the content of the models in the strategic training. In the study it was demonstrated that the leading of the sports organization through innovational consolidation in order to take and implement strategic decisions, the prefiguration of the competitive behavior of sportifs, taking into account the culture of sports organization and the control of the educational and contextual ideas formulated by the managers - coaches. Preparing students in higher education of physical culture can only be achieved by creating the potential for extensive application of the strategies of leading sports organization in view of its efficiency by innovational consolidation.

Survey results were verified and implemented in the process of leading a sports organization, with specific in sports, in wrestling that belongs to the University Sportiv Club "Stefan cel Mare” Suceava , Botosani, Bacau, Iasi, etc.

The application of methodical guides developed in the research, including management strategies in the preparation of specialists in physical education and sport contributes to the formation of managerial competencies required in theoretical-practical knowledge of the educational process.
