Summary

In presented work were reflected the research material of the analytical studying and the physical state of pupils 11-12 years old, including well known sickness such as platfus.

Received statistical data, realized sociological questioner of pedagogical and medical specialists, our personal studying reflects a real increase, in modern conditions, of negative influence on physical state of the pupils through progressive platfus. But unfortunately the existed therapeutical and pharmacological methods, in most of cases don’t realize an efficient influence to stop or prevent platfus progress.

More than that, in high schools systematized studying process of physical education doesn’t induce a corrective direction in treatment of movement system deases, including platfus, which has a negative influence on pupils´ movement activity, significantly reduces their movement capacity which induce progressive accumulation of fat and as a result the social discomfort.

In this work we offer a hypothesis that is possible to influence positive, using methods of physical education on correct formation of pupils´foot, aiming on increase motor state wellness.

Realized differential data analyses of pedagogical experiment shows, the efficiency and capacity of used specialized methods of physical education in experimental group of pupils.
