Research objectives.
1. Analysis and generalization of data in the literature on basic issues in preparing basketball opening round.
2. Assessing the driving training, technical and functional basketball beginners.
3. Determination preparatory games and ways to increase exercise capacity in a beginning stage of initiation of basketball.
4. Argument experimental efficiency of preparatory games in basketball beginners training.

Novelty basis and originally of thesis.The research aims to optimise and enhance the physical effort capacity of beginner basketball players, during the training period is that to optimise, the training of basketball beginners in the effort to increase their effort capacity. Within the framework of this context have been elaborated the methodology for selection and applying of preliminary games in the sport of basketball training.

Theoretical significance is to optimise the training process of basketball beginners introducing preliminary training games, and show how is possible to enhance the effort capacity at the beginners basketball players.

The practical value of the work is the possibility of practical recommendations on practice and methodological preparation concerning the application of preparatory games during the training period for enhancement of physical effort. Research results can be successfully used in the basketball training specialist sports clubs for school teachers.
