The structure of dissertation: introduction; 3 chapters; conclusions and recommendations; bibliography consisting of 268 sources; 8 appendixes; 108 basic text pages; 7 pictures; 26 tables. The results received have been published in 13 scientific works.
The aims of the research: the experimental basis of the training programs models of improvement in the highly qualified footballers physical training.
The objectives of the research: to generalize the theoretical and systematic approaches of improvement in the highly qualified footballers physical training; to analyze the dynamics of the training process organization, physical training and footballers competition activity at the competitive period stages; to explain experimentally the training programs models of different directions and to define the best application duration of them at the process of footballers training; to test experimentally the training programs models effectiveness at the process of highly qualified footballers training at the competitive period stages.
The methodology of the research: the following methods of scientific research the study and the analysis of scientific literature; pedagogical observation; pedagogical testing; competitive activity registration; pedagogical experiment; methods of mathematical statistics.
The novelty and originality of the work consist of: the elaboration of methodology to control footballers training programs; the determination of structure changes conformity footballers of physical training; defining the structure of the training programs models of different direction and the best application optimal duration of them at the process of footballers training; in the elaboration of the training programs models to improve the process of highly qualified footballers training at the competitive period stages.
The theoretical significance of the research: is the methodical approaches substantiation of training programs models elaboration of different predominant direction and the best combination of developing and sustaining load regimes to improve highly qualified footballers physical training.
The practical significance of the research results is characterized by: the methodology of training programs control; the quantitative values of the pedagogical load parameters of training programs; the best duration of different direction training programs at footballers training; by the documentation form for footballers training programs planning.
The implementation of the research results. The research results have been implemented at the training process of football clubs as well at the curriculum for universities of physical training and sport.
