Thesis's structure: introduction, three chapters, general conclusions and recommendations, references-235 sources, main section-121 pages, 25 tables, 25 figures and 6 supplements.
Field of study: pedagogics
Dissertation's goals:to study the theory and practice of rehabilitation content of postural control in persons disabled by stroke at each stage of rehabilitation in the aspect of improving its effectiveness; to establish the structure and optimal content of postural control rehabilitation program based on transfer phenomenon at each rehabilitation stage; theoretical development and experimental testing of the reeducation method for postural control by physiotherapy in persons with motor disabilities after stroke based on the program with transfer at different rehabilitation stages.
The scientific noveltyconsists of the fact that it's the first research on the improvement of postural control rehabilitation process in stroke patients through learning of the motor act based on the physiotherapy program with functional transfer elements at every stage of rehabilitation. The thematic structure and methodological content of the physiotherapy program at every stage of rehabilitation have been established too, together with the settings for their achievement in the neurorehabilitation system. This last fact assures an integrative essence of the rehabilitation process for persons with motor disabilities as a result of stroke
Theoretical importance represents the development and specific methodic argumentation of postural control rehabilitation in stroke patients at every rehabilitation stage based on physiotherapy program with functional transfer effects. The principles of rehabilitation process improvement of the main postural control and the educational content for every stage have been developed too.
The practical significancelies in the determination of possibilities for wide use of methodical recommendations included in program content and the specific technique of rehabilitation directed towards postural control reeducation in stroke patients with motor disabilities.
Implementation Of Research Results The basic contents of the physical therapy program developed by us have been approved and implemented in the rehabilitation process of postural control in the neurohabilitation unite in the Institute of Neurology and Neurosurgery of Rep. of Moldova.
It has been solved the important scientifical problem of the theory and methodology of learning motor activity: the prove of the practical and paedagogical value of functional transfers skills in physiotherapy program for the rehabilitation postural control in patients after stroke.
