Summary

The work consists of introduction, 5 chapters, conclusions and suggestions, 215 bibliografical references, 8 appendixies, 118 pages of the basic text, 19 pictures, 22 tables. The results were published in 6 articles in scientific journals.

The field of research is presented by theoretical and methodological aspects of iron deficiency as a following: risc factor in the hipogalactia development.

The scientific purpose of the work is the evaluation of use of complex treatment of pregnant women with anemia in the last trimester of pregnancy in order to avoid the hipogalactia development.

The research tasks are to discover the particularities of pregnancy, of deliviries and postnatal period for women with anemia in the last trimester of pregnancy; also we are going to study the dynamic of haematological and iron metabolism for women with irondeficitar anemia in the last trimester of pregnancy and early childhood periods for opportune diagnostic of risc factors do hipogalactia’s development in order to avoid hipogalactia, at the same time we want to elaborate pregnancy supervision algoritm in order to primary hipogalactia profilaxy; and also we are going to evaluate results of complex use of iron remedies and folic acid for pregnant women with anemia in the last trimester of pregnancy for hipogalactia avoidance.

The scientific novelty and originality of our research is the аssessment of iron deficiency indicators in the body iт normal - and gipogalaktiс parturients has allowed to speak about the involvement of their importance in the development hypogalactia; for the first time by analyzing in-depth clinical and laboratory proof shifts lactogenic efficiency of complex treatment of iron deficiency anemia with iron and folic acid in late pregnancy and the postpartum period.

The scientific problem approached in the research work has allowed to develop an algorithm allow conduct pregnant women suffering from iron deficiency anemia in last trimester of pregnancy, recommended for obstetricians and family doctors for prophylaxis of hipogalactia. The theoretical significance of the work is in the positive effect of anemia treatment in the last trimester of pregnancy and prophylaxis of hipogalactia development as a result of folic acid use; also the importance is in the elaboration of algoritm which was recommended to obstetricians and family doctors for pregnancy supervision in order to make prophylaxis of primary hipogalactia; and we have also suggested new method of hipogalactia prophylaxis for medical practice in the hospital and polyclinic conditions which opens new additional possibilities for hipogalactia prophylaxis. This paper, highlights and updates the data related to the role of iron deficiency anemia in developing of hipogalactia, just make sure that the algorithm proposed by the conduct of pregnant women suffering from iron deficiency anemia in last trimester of pregnancy is effective, practical and has a theoretical demonstration substrate.

The practical value of the work. Research conducted to the highlights features of iron deficiency as a risk factor in developing of hipogalactia, now of great importance in addressing tactics fair conduct of pregnant women with this disease. Data from the study complete the knowledges of obstetricians-gynecologists and family physicians about the role of iron deficiency anemia in developing of hipogalactia, both in the primary sector and in medical institutions of the II and III perinatal care.

Implementation of scientific results: the results of research have been implemented in the current therapeutic process of SPMI SCM no.1 in Chişinău. The study results are used in undergraduate and postgraduate training of the medical staff.
