Summary

Structure of thesis: it consists of introduction, 3 chapters, followed by conclusions and recomandations, bibliography with 230 sources, 13 annexes, 142 pages of basic text, 25 figures, 35 tables. The achieved results have been published in 12 scientific publications.

Domain of research: special pedagogy.

Goal and objectives of research: The goal was to develop and apply an pedagogical model for development of communication at children with infantile paralysis (PCI) associated with MD on the basis of studying the particularities of their communication. Objectives of research were: identifying conceptual marks on the particularities of communication at children with disabilities; establishing particularities of communication at children with ICP associated with MD; developing of a pedagogical model of development of communication at children with ICP associated with DM; experimental approving and evaluating the effectiveness of pedagogical model of development of communication in activities of children with ICP and MD.

Novelty and scientific originality: Was realised a experimental comparative study of communication development at children with normal development and children with PCI associated with MD, that ensured development and implementation of pedagogical model for development of communication at this category of children.

Important scientific problem solved lies in theoretical-applicative argumentation of streamlining of the process of comunication at children with PCI associated with MD in base of application of pedagogical model for development of communication.

Teoretical signification: was established the need to develop and implement a model for the development of communication at children with ICP associated with mental deficiency.

The applied value of the thesis: possibility of using pedagogical model of development the communication of children with ICP associated with MD in terms of auxiliary school, rehabilitation center, inclusive school, pedagogical support services.

Scientific results implementation was achieved through the experimentation of Pedagogical model for the development of communication and also through a series of scientific articles and scientific papers.
