The purpose of this work is the continuos developing and guiding of the training process and also the participatin in competitions by means of restructuring the content of the trining precess within a year long cicle in order to achive the desired level of fitness for the target competition.
The analytic analysis of the scientifical-methodological literature in the field and the generalization of the advanced sports practice underlined the fact that the transition of the junior female athletes to the elite senior female runners is slower and the anual restructuring of the training efforts to get the desired level for the target competitions is a matter of paramount importance.
Restructuring the training content through incresed utilization of the efforts in both joint and anaerobic area and also treating compensatory effort as an separate indicator , the approch of an adequide contest participatin strategy contributes to the improvement of the junior midlle-distance female runners, ergo also obtaining the level of desired fitness for the target competitions.
The research was realiyed with the participatin of two runners groups from Romania, whom practice the midlle-distance sport event ( trial ).
The experimental group performed the model proposed for research which was based on deve-loping specific stamina and on speed necessary to facilitate it’s maintaining on the longest portin of the race, therefore the control group performed the model suggested by school sports clubs recommended by the F.R.A. The results of the tests and also of the 1500m trial on portions of the race and also on the fact that restructuring the training sfforts during the anual training cicle lead to a significant progress of the experimental group when it come to performance.
The results of the research, regarding the phisical tests and even the find resultsare concretizatins
useful for the specialists working in the field of training junior female midlle
track runners, ergo countributing to the competition of the theoritical basis in this area of
expertise and also to building a training model which, applied, would facilitate the progress
