Summary

The present research focuses on the problem of physical educational curative work on the basis of 11 – 15 old students activity process development at extra-curricular time.

In consequence of our research it has been determined that the students activity volume foreseen by the curriculum does not satisfy the growing organism requirements in locomotions and is not enough for control norms performed by the students.

Performing of physical exercises complex of directed affect, week dosed for 11 – 15 year old students by themselves helps to individualize physical education process and to rise the level of the main physical qualities development.

Four experimental groups of girls (11 – 13 and 13 – 15 year old) and four groups of boys (11 – 13 and 13 – 15 year old) took part at this pedagogical experiment. They did physical exercises at home using author’s method and “Health Daybook”.

The date of our research showed the experimental group members had improved their physical training.

The results obtained may be applied successfully as practical-methodical recommendations for the teachers in schools, who teach physical education, as well as study material for subject “Theory and methods of physical education” for the students of the Faculties of Physical Education and Sport and the courses of skill improving for the school teachers.
