Summary

This research to the young players in football at 17-18 years in the clubs of FRF, M.E.C. and private clubs had in view a united program for the private clubs who's to improve the methodic in football at this age.

In Romania there are some private centre and represent the new, for a good organization in football. The best countries of Europe developed the professionals clubs 100 years ago and the writers described in their books more the organization part that the methodic part.

The elaboration of a program for the young players for 17-18 years at the private clubs contributes at the developpement of the training in football. The experimental program contributed with greatest indices at the experimental team about the other clubs.

The results of the pedagogic experiment of base is proved the young football players of 17-18 years of the experimental team get height indicators from the physical, and technical tests like the tests of FRF.

These results of the research could be practices ideas for the teachers and trainers in football who work with the young players.
