Summary

The given research is directed on increase of efficiency of vocational training of managers in the field of student's sports on the basis of use of legal and administrative aspects within the course "Legislative and administrative training of experts in sphere to physical training and sports " - as a basis of the creative approach to process of legal independent training.

The received results of researches, promote formation of new knowledge concerning legal maintenance of functioning and development of student's sports in the countries with transitive public systems.

Positions and conclusions of work can be used during the scientific researches, devoted to problems of perfection of a control system by sphere of physical training and sports, as a whole, and its separate components, in particular.

The essence of research consists in definition of factors which action should be considered during formation of socially-pedagogical legal bases of development of student's sports in Republic Moldova. Practical recommendations on perfection legal bases of development of student's sports can be used by the Ministry of Education of youth and sports of Republic Moldova. They have been developed in view of necessities and the changes stated in Bolognas Declaration.

The new program and the developed courde on the basis of legal and normative aspects, and also results of pedagogical research can be successfully used as scientific and practical recommendations by managers and teaching structure in establishments sports structure, and also experts in the field of student's sports.
