The purpose and objectives of the thesis is to deepen and develop the principles theoretical, methodological and practical levers to ensure stable management organization increase efficiency of the port company.

Scientific novelty consists in systematizing the stable operation of the enterprise model as a model port of stable development as a function of the enterprise purpose; including modeling of operational and financial aspects of the process; classifier factors influencing the choice of direction for the development of seaports; introduction of 'risky flow of goods "which allow the level necessary to adapt to potential changes in the structure of processing goods flow of goods; training algorithm realization flow of goods designed whichever port infrastructure development; proposal of economic and mathematical model of the efficient activity of the commercial port Constanta sea stable; the sole criterion for determining the efficiency of the operation of commercial marine stable Constanta.

Important scientific problem solved consists in providing port enterprises with qualitative and quantitative parameters, algorithms and mathematical economic models to determine and maintain the organizational and methodological aspects about the stability of the company's activity on port internal changes continue and efficient interaction with the external environment.

Significance of the paper: scientific veracity and validity of the results argued in this paper, is that all theoretical research, development and practical achievements are based on analytical tools known in the scientific (laws, methods, models, algorithms) and traditional fields: mathematics and economic.

Value of the work: scientific conclusions, theoretical and practical results made in this sentence can be used to increase the efficiency of the management of seaports and other subjects of the transport process.
