Field of study:freestyle wrestling.
Objective: to develop a methodology for the introduction of circular training in the motive training of 10-12-year-old freestyle wrestlers. Research objectives: 1. Analysis of theoretical and methodological concepts of the organization of training freestyle wrestlers at the initial stage of sport, taking into account age features athletes and need to increase their level of physical training. 2. Development of methodology of circuit training in the preparation of 10-12-year-old freestyle wrestlers. 3. Сheck and optimize the experimental validation of physical training of 10-12-year-old freestyle wrestlers as a result of the introduction of circuit training. 4. Findings annual growth rate of health indices fighters’ freestyle and the balance between their energy expenditure and caloric value of the daily food ration.
The scientific novelty and originality of the work lies in development of methodology of introduction of circular training in the process of physical training of wrestlers at the stage of initial sports training. Its effectiveness was established to improve motor preparation, improve health indicators and psycho-emotional sphere.
The current scientific problem of high importance, solved in the study, is to optimize the physical fitness of 10-12-year-old wrestlers, by justifying the methodology for introducing circular training in the training process, which will lead to an increase in their level of motor training, improve their health and growth interest in training.
The theoretical significance of the results o is to extend the range of knowledge about the peculiarities of optimization of physical fitness of the body of 10-12-year-old freestyle wrestlers as a result of the introduction of circuit training in a year cycle of preparation The practical significance of the work consists in the application of guidelines, developed by the author, in the organization of freestyle wrestlers training in the initial training, the preparation of students for future coaches in wrestling, in the retraining of the profile.
Implementation of scientific results. The research results have been implemented in the training lessons in RLISP, in the Sports School of Olympic Reserve, in the Republican Wrestling Federation, and also used in the preparation of students for future coaches in wrestling, while retraining of profile GUFV and C.
