Summary

This research is aimed at increasing the efficiency of the training process of the students of the Institute of Physical Training using the technical means of the swimming training.

The retrospective analysis of the scientific and methodological literature and results of the versatile research of the methods of swimming training enabled the author to come to the conclusion reasonably enough that the problem of the swimming training using the technical means of urgent information has not resolved yet.

As a result of the research, the methods of the swimming training and advanced training techniques, using the “teacher-students” wireless contact system were developed, grounded and reasoned, which modified considerably the training process.

The application of this method in the process of the basic teaching experiment made it possible to increase the efficiency of the teaching process and to increase the quality of mastering the technique of the sports swimming methods by the students, which led to the increase of average speed of swimming as well as to the acquiring of the studying skills in the process of teaching sports and educational work at the training hours, i.e. to the increase of the professional training of the Physical Training Specialists.

The research materials may be used successfully also in the other sports, for instance, in water polo, synchronized swimming, naval and military all-round competitions.
