Summary

Structure of thesis: introduction, three chapters, conclusions and recommendations, bibliography of 313 appointments, 3 annexes, 250 pages of main text. The results are published in 47 scientific papers, including 5 monographs and 42 articles published in collections and magazines in Moldova and abroad.

Field of study. Political theory, political sociology, etnogeopolitological studies.

Goals and objectives. The purpose of research is to identify and analyze the socio-political rights in order to substantiate an own concept of forming and development of civil society in Moldova in terms of institutional and human dimension. Achieving this aim is to realize the following objectives: improving the methodology in researching the phenomenon "civil society" based on the global and local experience; research into the value of civic awareness training of Moldovan society; research key moments that influenced the formation of civil society with the development postsovetice; analyzing the impact of migration patterns on the formation of a balanced civil society, determining basic factors that influence the development of contemporary Moldova.

Scientific novelty and originality. Scientific novelty lies in trying to generalize the experience of local and foreign researchers, and its own observations on civil and political processes in Moldova, proposing my own vision on the efficiency of social and political institutions. The study is conducted and under polls taken by the author over ten years in the Republic of Moldova, including in the eastern regions of the country, so developing the methodology of sociological research (three in number), preparation of questionnaires, the processing results, and their interpretation, which finally confirmed one of our working assumptions - namely civil society is deeply divided on the criterion of integration.

Fundamentally new resultsobtained from carrying out investigations helped create in Moldova a new scientific directions in political science - civics studies obtained from carrying out investigations. Innovativeness and original scientific results lie in the approach to the subject investigated by identifying and elucidating the three-dimensional direction: ethnic factor -territorial factor - socio-political factor reflected in a monography that specialized in this theme in domestic political science literature.

Theoretical value. Value of the work is a scientific approach that allowed us to look in a new way the relationship applied in operational-political system - that society civil democratic society in the context of Moldova.

The applicative value of the work. The results are of interest to scientists, researchers, experts in political science, sociology and other social sciences involved in the study of the phenomenon of "civil society" and its specificity in Moldova.

Implementation of the scientific results: the development of analytical and informative notes on some topical political issues and political science; teaching courses themed academic question; scientific publication, including monographs; participation reports and scientific papers on topical issues in various national and international scientific forums.
