Domain Of Study : pedagogy of secondary education in the aspect of physical education

The Purpose Of This Research is the improvement and scientifical argumentation of the efficiency of educational process in physical education on differentiated dosing of physical effort, aimed at motion skills development during the last year of secondary cycle. Thesis Objectives: study and generalization of special literature data on the development process of moving capacities during the physical education lesson in the secondary education; measure the development level of basis moving capacities, their manifestation form and combined moving capacities in the secondary education; content planning (methods, facilities) for the development of moving capacities by a different distribution of the physical effort (experimental program elaboration); theoretic and experimental arguments on the development process for moving capacities by a different distribution of the physical effort.

Scientific Novelty And Originality is generated by: optimization of technology on the moving capacities education process that is set into function by means of the objectives and content of the experimental program, diversity and accessibility of the acting systems for each moving capacity at the level of the three value groups; establish an optimal different balance effort-break according to the group level; organize the thematic cycles for enabling the transfer between abilities and positive influences on moving capacities.

Theoretic Significance represents the creation and argumentation for educating the combined moving capacities, the planning on distinctive learning units, aspects that are additional to technology for physical training of pupils at the end of their puberty period.

The Applied Value of this research is characterized by: the distinct form of conceiving the learning units according to the three value groups for each motion quality and its combinations; the values of the physical effort parameters as differentiated dosage, quantified in duration, number of sets and repetitions; the value and nature of the breaks granted distinctively by value groups; reasonable placing of the lessons systems in order to permanently optimize the effort capacity and to alternate various energy systems.

Implementation Of Research Results. The data resulting from this scientific investigation regarding the development of motion qualities by differentiated dosage of physical effort for secondary school students have been implemented in school units in Galati and Tulcea counties. They can be used in the educational process by teaching specialists and as scientifical and methodological materials by the students of the faculties in the field of physical education and sports, in disciplines like "Theory Of Physical Education And Sports" and "Methodology Of Physical Education By Age Groups".

The resolved current major scientific problem in the area is the insufficient use of diverse types of practice in the process of driving skills education, fact that would visibly help to improve the indicators of physical training, given that the primarily used frontal teaching leads in most cases to unsatisfactory results in this respect.
