Summary

In this investigation the problem of the formation of the motor activity rhythm is elaborated which are orientated towards the perfecting of the instructive educational process of the physical culture teacher’s training. Relying on the theoretical study of the given matter, on the analyticalsynthetically projection, on the theoretical study of the given matter, empirical researches, the have been established the optimal rhythm-structural organizing of teacher’s motor activity in the chosen of the disciplines “Gymnastics”, “Athletics”, “Volley-ball”, “Handball”, as well as structure and content of the program of the formation of the motor activity rhythm for the students of the physical training and sport faculty.
The utilization of the elaborated method in the instructive-educational process of the disciplines “Rhythmical and musical education”, “Gymnastics”, “Athletics”, “Volley-ball”, “Handball”, has allowed the improvement of the students’ theoretical and practical preparation.
The result obtained in the pedagogic experiment allow to mention the efficiency of the method elaborated by us and achieved during the 56 hours in the 1st and the 2ns, the first years of education.
The indexes of the students’ rhythmical structure development of the motor activity from the experimental group significantly differ from the indexes of the student’s control group and correspond to the characteristics of the integral activitystereotype skill.
The material research can be applied in the instructive-educational process of the physical training and sport faculty, at the teacher’s professional-re-training faculties and different pedagogical institutes.
