Within the framework of the hereby research paper, the problem with regard to the intensification of the educational-training process for the "Physical Training" subject in secondary schools has been approached, basing on the application of non-standard equipment (trainers and inventory) and functional music at the lessons that are organized predominantly by applying the circuit-training method.
As a result of the theoretical approach of the problem, the analysis and generalization of the advanced experience in the field, sociological survey, testing and measurements, pedagogical observations, syntheses, pedagogical designing and modeling, the following optimal educational contents of the alternative physical-training syllabus have been determined - gymnastics, games, athletics, which were elaborated on the grounds of the adequate didactic-formative technologies and traditional subject means. These contents foresee the intensification of the training process by means of respecting methodical principles adequate to physical training: systematization, continuity, conjugated influence of the cognitive, emotional and psychomotor factors.
The use of the method implying the realization in stages of the content elaborated within the educational-training process for "Physical Training" subject and designed for physical training, recreation and reinforcement lessons, contributed to the increase in the level of general physical and psychomotor prepara-tion of the pupils, as well as their functional and psycho-physiological development, which differs qualitatively from the traditional level (according to 38 examined parameters).
The outcome of the pedagogical-formative experiment, within which non-standard equipment and inventory have been implemented (76 titles), allows us to mention the efficacy of the syllabus and didactic projects of the lessons (68 hours), as well as the efficiency of the pedagogical control system and its application methods, implemented within the process of studies with the 8-grade pupils (122 pupils: both girls and boys).
The materials of the hereby research paper can be used within the educational-training process at physical training lessons in pre-university and university education, at sport and physical training faculties, at specialty staff-training faculties, as well as in other pedagogical institutions that share the same profile.
