Summary

The scope of this investigation is efficiency of the professional training process of the students from profile institutions, based on the utilization of organizations-consolidations games- within the framework of theoretic course “Management and legislation in physical training and sport”- as a way of creative thinking.

The obtained results of investigations, demonstrated that students who where implied in the process of professional training and studied the theoretic course of O.D.L.E.F.S, have a lower lever of course knowledge’s, maybe because of the discordance of the program and the course itself to the modern economic and social realities.

It was elaborated and applied the experimentation program of the course “Management and legislation in physical training and sport”- based on the utilization of organizations-consolidations games, which are useful also in the practical and methodical lessons during two years. These were created with taking in account of the new exigencies and changes of Declaration of Bologna.

The creative thinking brings the benefits to the all managerial fields and activities. There are techniques which are used to identify the problems and the knowledge’s evaluation and applying. Their utilization helps to eliminate the barriers in the creative process of the persons and equips.

The program, the new elaborated course, the organizations-consolidations games and the results of the pedagogical experiment- can be used with success as science and methodic recommendations for students and teaching staff in the profile institutions.
