The thesis talks about the perfecting of the instructive educative process of the extra school activities and its modeling for the experimental implementation of a program of touristic activities which contributes to the development of the personality of the high school pupils.
The analyze of the specialty scientific methodological literature showed the fact that the education of the pupils’ personality with touristic activities is not sufficiently treated and that at this moment it exists deficiencies of the education for the spare time with touristic activities with an heuristic value. In our attempt to proof the advantages of using the forms of tourism in pupils’ education, we conceived a program of touristic activities, taking into consideration the major educational objectives and the components of the extra school educative activity.
The drawn program presents a structure, which involves forms of touristic activities, motivational strategies, new information and elements of content from the tourism domain, accessible to the pupils from high school, which lead to the growing of the formative aspect of the touristic activities. All the elements from the structure of the conceived program and proposed by us, aimed at one hand the growing of the number of pupils involved in practicing the organized tourism, and on this base to influence the psycho- motile potential of the pupils, the raising of the cohesion in the interpersonal and the influence of the personality features.
The general tendance of the program was to enrich the personal experience of the pupils by transmitting some knowledge from the touristic domain and to use the tourism forms as an instrument to extend the horizon of development of his own personality.
The research was made with the participation of two groups of high school pupils, and consisted in the evaluation of the parameters of the psycho- motile potential, of the social climate of group and of the interpersonal relations, to appreciate the intensity of the personality features during the school year. There were analyzed comparatively the initial and the final tests of the psycho- motile parameters, the socio-metric matrix and the intensity of the personality features of the pupils.
