The research I made targets profesional-pedagogic process of sport faculty students, inside „pedagogic teaching” discipline.
Based on analyses of specific literature, it`s learned the profesional preparation problems is an important issue and requires the need to interfere in the instruction-learning process of specific facultys, thru the real efficacious ways, lead to the expected results.
The structure and contains analyses discipline chapters (psiho-pedagogic, socio-humanists, medical-biological profile, theoretics and special methodical-practice) previded in Study plan, the results of sociological questionings, the level of professional-pedagogic preparation of specific facultys students; they prove us methodic and organizing deficiency with impact on development of pedagogic practice.
In this direction, it was conceved a specific preparation method of students, to improuve pedagogic practice. This was done, restructuring contains of specific practical-methodic disciplines, to elaborate the lesson „Organization and leading of sport education lesson”, the program of pedagogic practice and some work instruments: the student appreciasion/self appreciasion file, the lesson analysis/self analysis file.
The use of new methodologie in organization and development process, lead to improuvement of students professional-pedagogic preparation level having better results of experimental group.
Among the initial forming process and pedagogic practice, can see important corelation (between 0,40 and 0,90).
In the same time, it was build a model of requests for the future sport-teacher, wich requires awareness and understanding for social and moral responsabilitys for the future specialist in the field, starting from his begginings and continuing the whole his permanent educational process.
This methodology can be used for students of sport and pedagogic profile facultys.
