Summary

Thesis structure: introduction, three chapters, general conclusions and recommendations, bibliography of 161 sources, 21 annexes, 130 pages of basic text, 13 tables, 33 formulas and 48 figures.

Number of publications on the topic: obtained results were published in 30 scientific papers, including one collective monograph with total volume of 21,44 p.s., where 10,94 p.s. were elaborated by the author.

The area of research includes theoretical and practical aspects of the main directions of ensuring and strengthening economic security of enterprises of ATU Gagauzia. The purpose of the research is to justify the comprehensive system of economic security of enterprises in the current economic conditions.

Objectives of the research: to conduct the analysis of scientific approaches to the definition of economic security of enterprise; to identify main factors that affect its level; to present the methodology of assessing the level of economic security of enterprises; to present the comprehensive system of its ensuring and to identify the main directions of strengthening of economic security of enterprise.

The scientific novelty and originality of the research lies in the fact that there was conducted the comprehensive analysis of approaches to the definition of economic security of enterprise; were identified main factors that affect the level of economic security of national agricultural and industrial enterprises; presented the methodology of assessing the level of economic security of enterprises; defined normative values of indicators of operating activity in the production of major crops in ATU Gagauzia that are necessary for ensuring the reproduction process; justified the comprehensive system of ensuring economic security of enterprise and made recommendations for its strengthening.

The scientific issue resolved in the study consists in justifying the comprehensive system of ensuring the economic security of the enterprise, which is necessary for its sustainable development.

The theoretical significance of the thesis lies in the fact that the results and conclusions will contribute to the development of theoretical and methodological foundations of the system of ensuring economic security and can be used for further research.

The practical value of the thesis is that the results can be used by business leaders in the process of determining strategic and tactical directions of development that will improve the quality of management decisions.

The implementation of scientific results. The main conclusions and recommendations of the thesis were presented at national and international scientific conferences, as well as outlined in the collective monograph. Some of the recommendations and suggestions were applied in "EkinnikYeri" SRL in the production of agricultural products and "GoliatVita" SRL in the manufacture of furniture.
