The present research is about the development of a problem of perfection the teaching and educational process of high school discipline "Physical training" which was oriented towards the study physical preparation of students on the basis of adequate psychomotor and psychophysical substructures for the specialist’s professional activity.
After executing a theoretical study of the problem, analysis and a generalization of previous experience, as well as after conducting sociological inquiries, tests and measurements, pedagogical observations, it was established the optimal educational content of the alternative physical education curriculum. It was based upon adequate didactic techniques, which include athletics, gymnastics, basketball, sports and applied navigation.
Results of the lead pedagogical forming experiment allow to judge efficiency of the developed educational maintenance of is professional-applied physical preparation and a technique of its application in educational process of physical training with students 1 and 2 rates (faculty of shipbuilding, University of Galati) in volume of 116 hours of obligatory profile and 52 independent employment two year macro cycles of preparation that was positively reflected in a level of psychomotor and theoretical readiness and also psychophysical development of students of experimental group.
Materials of the given research can be recommended for their application in teaching and educational process of high school physical training, faculties of physical training and sports and also in other engineering sea establishments.
