Summary

Structure of thesis: introduction, 3 chapters, general conclusions and recommendations, bibliography of 159 sources, 187 pages, 21 figures, 11 tables, 8 annexes. The results are published in 12 scient ific papers. Keywords: physical condition, students, fitness, fitness equipment, physical effort, algorithmic program, training.

Field of study: pedagogy The aim of our research is to assess the importance of the students in the technical universit y, the consistent promotion of sport practice, the maintenance of physical condition through fitness equipment in order to diminish the sedentary work and the daily activity (namely a pronounced increase of the volume and intensity of physical effort).

Objectives of research: 1.Studying the current theory and practice on the importance of physical condition in the training of the specialist in the field. 2. Establishing and elaborating the model of algorithmic training program by means of fitness of future construction engineers. 3. Developing the student guide for maintaining physical condition through fitness installations and equipment. 4. Argumentation and experimental verification of the algorithmic program for the training of future construction engineers by means of fitness.

Novelty and scientific originality. Our research contributes to improving the qualit y of methodological support for maintaining the physical condition of students, by practicing the motor activity in fitness equipment and installations. Specifically, the optimized content of the algorithmic training program for future construction engineers by means of fitness, as well as the content of the guide for the maintenance of physical condition by means of fitness equipment were elaborated and implemented in the instructive and educational process from the specialized faculty. The important scientific problem solved in the researched field lies in determining the role of maintaining the physical condition of the students, by practicing the motor activity in fitness equipment and installations. At the same time, the algorithmic model of fitness training of future construction engineers allowed us to select, organize, theoretically and experimentally substantiate the contents (dynamic and generating of personalized strategies) of the guide intended to maintain the physical condition of the students by means of fitness installations and equipment.

Theoretical significance consists in the analysis, structuring and systematization of the theoretical information from the specialized literature; establishing the role of maintaining the physical condition of students, by practicing motor activity in fitness equipment and installations. Also, from the theoretical and experimental argumentation, the use of the algorithm-based fitness training program of the future construction engineers.

The applicative value of the research is the possibilities of applying the algorithmic fitness program of the future construction engineers, of the contents (dynamic and generating of personalized strategies) of the student guide in order to maintain the optimum physical condit ion.

Implementation of scientific results. The data obtained from the scientific research were presented in a series of materials edited in the national and international specialized conferences collection from Romania and the Republic of Moldova.
