Summary

During the present research, the problem of practicing the physical execises by the scholars in relation with the environmental factors has been broached, in the view of improving the physical education process at the gymnaziun level by applying the adequate acting systems.

Based on the result of the teoretical generalization, documentary study in the field of the existing practice, socio–pedagogic poll and the analytical projections, it has been determined the content of the adequate means of the physical education, their applying methodology in relation with the environmental pollution where the process is carried out.

The results obtained within the pilot-experiment and the pedagogical experiment, carried out under the instructive - educative process of the phisical education at gymnasium level, allow us to establish the efficacy of the proposed program and it’s applying methodology during the scholar year with the pupils of the 5th and 6th classes.

As a result of the mathematical and statistical comparative analysis it was established that our action methods applied in the pedagogical experiment it has significantly influenced the functional and motrical parameters, so they have higher clear values at significance trashold P<0.05; 001 at the experiment group comparing to the control group.

The correlative analysis has demonstrated that the pollutant factors as SO2, CO, other specific pollutants and suspended particulate have a clear influence on the growing and preparation process which may be taken into consideration in order to eliminate negative influences by including our methods which take into consideration the environmental factors.

The research materials can be applied in the educational-instructive process in those schools situated in a polluted environment and also in the training of the teaching staff in the field.
