The content of the present research reflects the rapprochement to the study of psycho-social adjustment of the teenage-girl personality in the adequate meditative-necessary system of the physical training’s essence, which allows to highlight some specific features of the physical training for the teenage-girl, pointed to the optimization of psycho-social adjustment of her personality.
On the groundwork of the theoretical study of the problem and the review of the contemporary physical training’s teaching systems; social study; testing; pedagogic observation; planning and modelling was establisned the essense of experimental system of fitness trenings, the adequate motivative-necessary structure of the teenage-girl personality directed to the development of psycho-social and physical features, which establisnes the level of psycho-social adaptation of the personality.
The using of psychologist-teaching uphold methods of psycho-social attributes and motivation of the movable activity, have allowed the growth of the development level of necessity in general personality’s self-estimation; necessity in self-estimation of physical stations and qualities; the necessity in reaching and necessity in movable activity-power indicators, speed-power-resistance and resilience.
The matters of the prezent research can be used in the instructive-educative process of the specialized clubs (fitness), institutes with a sportive projile, in general schools and lyceumsю
