Summary

The Thesis structure includes annotations in Romanian, Russian and English, a list of abbreviations, an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, recommendations and a bibliography of 230 titles. The research has been displayed on 136 pages of main text, it also contains 16 figures, 19 tables and 8 annexes. The obtained results have been published in 15 scientific works, including 2 methodical works.

Study domain: The theory and methodology of the sport tourism management.

Thesis aim: The aim of this study consists of the theoretical applicative backgrounding of the higher education process in the field of physical education and sport concerning tourism specialist’s professional pedagogical training based on content, planning and study programs adaptation.

Thesis objectives:

  1. Theoretical methodical analysis of the professional formation process of the tourism area specialists within the higher education’s physical training;
  2. Methodological direction determination concerning student’s professional training within the specialization: “Tourism manager”;
  3. Planification issues elaboration based on the study plan at the specialty: “Leisure physical training” – specialization: “Tourism manager”, according to new directions on initial formation;
  4. Theoretical and experimental demonstration of the didactic complex elaborated and applied within student’s initial formation program at the specialization: “Tourism manager”.
Novelty and scientific originality: consists of the establishment of a new planning and realization concept of the student’s professional formation process at the specialization: “Tourism manager” by developing of new modules for each separate discipline in which content are included three important components: theory, methodical practice, practical training. The deployment of the proposed concept contributed to the melioration of the student’s professional training with 15-20%.

The solved scientific problem in this field consists in the theoretical praxiological validation of the educational tools concerning the optimization of the student’s professional formation of the students from higher education in the field of physical education and sport on specialization: “Tourism manager”.

Theoretical significance and applicable value of the Thesis: The theoretical importance represents the fact of the conceptual elaboration and reasoning of the didactic complex with his four reference components: organizational-procedural, content, methodical, educational.

The practical significance of the research consists of applied plans and study programs for the faculties of physical education and sport, higher institutions in the field which have the respective touristic specializations, based on the implementing and use of the methodical recommendations proposed within the theoretical methodical generalizations. Professional activities registration method could be widely used for the qualification level of appreciation and competence as for the professional in the field so for the students as future tourism specialists.

Implementation of theoretical results: The research results have been applied in the process of the student’s professional training at the faculty of physical education and sport within the specialization: “Tourism manager”, chair of Swimming and Tourism, SUPES, Perspectiva University.
