Thesis structure. The thesis includes annotations, list of abreviations, introduction, three chapters, conclusions and practical recommendations, 215 titles of bibliography, glossary, 155 pages of basic text, 19 tables, 94 figures, 10 annexes. The results of the research have been published in 17 scientific articles.
Field of study: teachers’ psychology.
The aim of the research is to reveal the content and the structure of social representation of work at teachers from primary education and factors that determine, its relationship with the subjective state well being, work satisfaction, persistence motivational and psychological conditions change that representation.
Research objectives: To analyze the social representations theories in order to establish the relevant aspects for running a research; Determination the social representation content of work and how it's structured content to teachers in primary education according to their level of training / professionalization of the type and location of schools in which they operate; To reveal the elements of social representation of work at these two groups referring to their subjective state of well being, work satisfaction and motivational persistence; To identify the conditions that will make possible to change teachers’ social representation of work, so that they will foster the subjective state of well being, work satisfaction and motivational persistence; Determine the effectiveness of psychosocial intervention program and propose recommendations on strategies to change some elements of social labor representation teacher.
The scientific novelty of the results is that for the first time in Moldova were determined content and structure of social representation of work to teachers in primary education and the factors influencing them. In addition, its constituent elements have been identified which could be integrated into a psychosocial intervention program to produce changes in social representation so that she would encourage improved work quality and state of psycho-moral teacher.
The solved scientific problemis to identify the content and structure of social representation of work to teachers in primary education and factors that determine, which allowed by special psychosocial intervention, establishing the conditions for making changes to the social representation of labor having the effect of increasing levels of subjective well, job satisfaction and motivation to teachers perseverance. The theoretical significance of the study reveals the content and structure of social representation of work from teachers and determining how certain elements with reference to the subjective state of good, job satisfaction and motivational persistence can be exchanged for the purposes desirable.
The practical value. Considering that social representation is a guiding core of actions, behaviors and social practices, the default of the professional value of the study lies in the development, implementation and validation of a program of psychosocial intervention to teachers in primary education to increase their state well, job satisfaction and motivation perseverance, which can be used in the process of initial and continuing with beneficial effect on their quality of work and life.
The implementation of scientific results. The research results were implemented within the program of
initial and continuous training of teachers, within the content and the methodology of educational
psychology course for students of departments of Foreign Languages and Literatures, and of Exact
Sciences and IT at "Ion Creanga" Pedagogical State University.
