The purpose of the research: Setting theoretical and methodological foundations on the technical preparation of the 15-16 years old volleyball players trough video analysis. Objectives of the research:

Scientific novelty is that the research in question aims detect those new means and methods regarding the technical preparation of the 15-16 years old volleyball players through video analysis program.

Important scientific problem addressed in the field of research is the real improvement methodology of training volleyball players (cadets 15-16 years), through video analysis program, in order to top prevent and correct the main techniques that are specific to the game of volleyball.

The theoretical significance of the work comes from the fact that through the implementation of video analysis and resources created by this, we obtained a new training model, relatively individualized, which has its purpose in maximizing potential of the volleyball player.

The value of the work is given by the possibility of applying the developed methodology and the practical and methodological recommendations for all volleyball coaches with great ease.

Approval of the scientific results: Implementation of the proposed new methodology was performed on experimental group, CSS " Nicu Gane" Fălticeni , and the control group LPS Piatra Neamt Data from pedagogical approach were presented in different scientific material published in national scientific conferences and International collections in Romania and the R. Moldova. Results are available and can be implemented in the training process and training of volleyball players.
