Thesis structure: Introduction, three chapters, conclusions and recommendations, bibliography consisting of 130 titles, 120 pages of fundamental parts, 19 tables, 49 figures and 6 annexes. The results are published in 10 scientific papers.

Field of study: pedagogy

The research objective is the development and implementation of a psycho pedagogical model based on specific means fitness for the socializing of women of 35-45 years.

The Objectives of the Research:

The scientific novelty and authenticity consists in the implementation, for the first time, of a psycho-pedagogical model based on specific fitness means to socialization of women aged between 35 and 45 years. The results showed a considerable improvement of the process of socialization of the persons included in the pedagogic experiment, obtaining the stability coefficient of the group of 2.72 at the initial stage of the measurement to 5.61 at the final stage, on a scale between the values 0 and 7.

The scientific problem consisted in determining the disadvantaged factors that create considerable dimensions in the process of socialization to women of middle age and the development of individual and group socializing technologies through application of models based on fitness means.

The theoretical argument consists in the development and argumentation of a psychopedagogical model on the process of socialization of women in the age group of 35 -45 years, with fitness means.

The practical value consists in providing coaches and FITNESS trainers who work with women in this age group, of a psycho-pedagogical model that facilitates the socialization process by the means of fitness.

Implementation of the scientific results. The content of fitness program designed for women in the age group of 35-45 years was implemented in fitness clubs in Galati and in the Kinetotherapy Center of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports of Lower Danube University of Galati during 2010-2012, in fitness classes.
