Summary

Field of study: Developmental Psychology. Developing occupational interests in adolescents.

The aim: to assimilate new scientific knowledge regarding the specifics of the development of occupational interests in adolescents, to determine the personality particularities of adolescents with different occupational interests, to develop and implement a psychological intervention program aimed at the development of occupational interests in adolescents.

The objectives of the paper are:the study of psychological literature related to occupational interests, personality traits, adolescent age; identifying the types of interest specific to each study profile: pedagogical, humanistic and real; establishing differences in the development of occupational interests, depending on the study profile and gender-specific; determining the level of development of interests and the degree of congruence with the chosen profession in adolescents; Determining adolescent personality factors within the study profiles: Developing and implementing psychological intervention program for the development of occupational interests.

The Scientific novelty and originality. For the first time, the issue of the development of occupational interests in adolescence was investigated: the types of interests specific to each study profile: pedagogical, humanistic and real; the dynamics of interests over the ages depending on the different sovereign profile; Gender differences are established in the development of occupational interests; the level of development of interests was determined and the degree of congruence with the chosen profession in adolescents; the personality factors specific to adolescents were identified within the educational curricula: pedagogical, humanist and real; the possibility of positive influence on the development of occupational interests was revealed as a consequence of the application of the formative psycho-pedagogical program.

The important scientific problem solved is the identification, the specification of the occupational interests at adolescent age on study profiles, the determination of the degree of definition, the development of the interests at the adolescent age, the identification of the personality factors characteristic of adolescents within the different study profiles and the implementation of a formative psycho- pedagogic development program of occupational interests at this age.

The theoretical significance of the research consists in presenting the main characteristics of the development of occupational interests at the age of adolescence depending on the study profile, in terms of gender, the differences in the personality traits in adolescents from different study profiles.

The applicative value lies in the possibility of applying the psycho diagnostic methodology proposed in the research and the complex program of psycho-pedagogical intervention in the activity of school psychologists, practitioners, counselors, teachers. The psycho-pedagogical programcan be included in the vocational and vocational orientation activity, in secondary and high-school, forming the basis of a methodological guide for the efficient organization of the occupational interests development process.

The Implementation of the scientific results.The obtained scientific results are used in the process of training and training of psychologists at the Faculty of Psychology and Special Psychopedagogy of the "Ion Creangă" State Pedagogical University of Chisinau at the following courses: Psychology of Development, Psychological Counseling, Psychology of Labor, Motivation Psychology and School Orientation and professional, etc., in the psychological school service, in the activity of psychological counseling.
