Thesis's structure: Thesis consists from introduction, 3 chapters, general conclusions and recommendations, bibliography of 238 titles, 3 appendixes, 146 pages base text, 44 tables, 35 figures. The obtaining results are published in 14 scientific work papers.
The domain of research: psychology of socio-emotional skills.
The aim of research: consists in determination the psychosocial peculiarities of emotional stability and highlighting ways of optimization to teaching staff from primary education.
The objectives of the research target: - The literature review, with reference to the issue of emotional stability and its role in the educational environment; - Identification the influence of the seniority, age and the living environment on the dynamics of the emotional stability of teaching staff from primary education; - Determination of the psychosocial impact of emotional stability in professional activity of teaching staff from primary education; - Conception of the psychosocial profiles of teaching staff emotional stable/unstable and their characteristic through the prism of the recorded significantly differences; - Elaboration, implementation and experimental validation of the Program of optimization of the functional level of emotional stability.
The solved scientific problem in the research consists in establishing the psychosocial peculiarities of emotional stability, which it contributed to determination of its impact in professional activity of teachers from primary education, in view of elaboration and implementation the formative program of optimization at the emotional stability.
The novelty and scientific originality: For the first time in the Republic of Moldova was effected the analysis of psychosocial impact of the emotional stability in context of teachers professional activity from primary education. It was established the way in which the seniority and the specific of living environment can influence the dynamic of the emotional stability. The psychosocial profiles of the teachers emotional stable/unstable were conceptualized and their feature was performed through the prism of the obtained significantly differences. The optimization possibility of emotional stability was validated through elaboration and implementation of the formative approach.
Theoretical significance of the research is justified by: the completing of theoretical – scientific framework with synthesized informations concerning the intern and external determinations in development of the emotional stability; elucidation of the emotional stability components and functions; highlighting the role of emotional stability in prevention of burnout syndrome and presentation of the psycho-social profile of emotional stable/unstable teachers.
Applicable value of the research consists in highlighting the sphere of influence the emotional stability in teachers professional activity from primary education, as well as in elaboration, implementation and validation a formative program of optimization at the emotional stability of teachers.
Implementing scientific results. The scientific results were applied in the unfolding of formative program of optimization at the emotional stability, serving as a support point also in counseling activity of the teaching staff. The presented materials in the research have grounded the editing of the methodological guide „The emotional stability of teachers: optimization ways”. The results of the scientific approach can be important sources of dissemination of the materials with formative character within the on-line Platform „Epistemology and praxeology of psychological assistance of lifelong learning” and within courses of Psychology, taught at the State University from Moldova.
