Summary

The structure of the dissertation: introduction, three chapters, conclusions, practical recommendations, bibliography (225 sources), main text (138 pages), 25 tables, 11 figures, 12 appendices. The research results are presented in 33 scientific papers.

Research purpose: to develop, theoretically substantiate and experimentally test a program for the gradual formation of professionally applied competencies among students of the Faculty of Geography within the framework of the course "Active tourism", taking into account the peculiarities of the professional activity of workers in the field of tourism and aimed at increasing the effectiveness of the educational process in physical education.

Research objectives: 1. Studying the degree of elaboration of the problem of professionally applied physical training in the theory and practice of non-professional physical culture university education; 2. Assessment of the level of psychophysical development, psychomotor readiness and professional-applied competencies of female students of the Faculty of Geography in the context of non-professional physical education; 3. Determination of the educational content of physical culture, methods and pedagogical conditions aimed at the formation of professionally applied competencies for female students; 4. Theoretical development and experimental substantiation of the program and methodology aimed at the formation of professional and applied competencies among students of the Faculty of Geography within the framework of the course "Active tourism".

Scientific novelty and originality lies in the fact that for the first time in the work: – professionally significant physical and personal qualities of future specialists in the field of active tourism have been established, which ensured the orientation of the choice of means, methods and techniques, in the formation of professionally applied competencies for the students of the Faculty of Geography; – theoretically developed an experimental program including an algorithm of assessment and diagnostic tools for studying the level of formation of professional and applied competencies, and experimentally substantiated the effectiveness of its practical application; – the expediency of applying the ideology on the pedagogical support of professionally applied physical training has been proved, including certain means, methods and techniques that contribute to the formation of professionally applied competencies among students of the Faculty of Geography in the educational process of the university.

The results obtained: theoretical and practical substantiation of the program for the gradual formation of professional-applied competencies within the framework of the course "Active tourism" in the process of nonprofessional physical education among students of the Faculty of Geography of the "Tourism" training profile.

Theoretical significance. The range of knowledge on the theory of professionally applied physical training of specialists in tourism activity in the context of non-professional physical education has been expanded by identifying the target prescriptions of theoretical and methodological provisions and the content of the process of forming professionally applied competencies for female students as a result of obtaining a systematic effect associated with psychophysical development and psychomotor readiness of a specialist for labor activity; The practical significance of the work consists in determining the effectiveness of the means and methods for the formation of professional-applied competencies for the students of the Faculty of Geography of the "Tourism" profile of training for the implementation of the concept of future professional activity.

The obtained comparable analysis of data on the dynamics of the level of formation of professionalapplied competencies among female students allows to ensure effective management of the highly professional development of a future specialist, to realize the needs to concretize the content of the educational process.

The developed experimental program combines the theory and practice of professionally applied physical training, giving an adequate meaning to the implementation of the process of gradual formation of professionally applied physical training through the development of a professiogram and disclosing the meaning of the actions being implemented in the context of future labor activity.
