Summary

The thesis is a theoretical research, which underlined essence, nature and praxiology rules of musical-artists education of the pupils.

The work consists from fundametal elements: theoretical, which is based on efficient educational principles and praxiological-based on technologies of qualitative changes, strategies of stimulation and condition of integration, oriented to raising inner-external recourses invested in musical-artistic action of the pupil and didactic action of the teacher. The investigation has an applied via experimental validity of artstic- behaviour model in the praxis of educational field.

Strategic environment of the research program is conceived as follows: managerial tool concept includes education of proactive personality, centralizing value, which is based of the personality’s attitude for artistic values, artistic opening, which contribute to integration of individual and musical-artistic factors: creativity, condition of change, of creation of beautiful and proper images of the pupil: success, which designate effect of artistic action via qualitative results and high efficiency. According to theoretical case of study was opened a new research in the artistic education field, which consists in valorization of praxiological dimensions in new context strategy of integration of theory and pedagogical practice from the view of artistic educational efficient.

Methodological and praxiological dimensions of the study approached stimulative methods of teaching process via music, and the artistic - behaviour models of the pupils. Experimental dimension consist in efficiency assessment of inner-external resources invested in the process of musical-artistic education of the pupils, which recording an efficiency higher degree from experimental stage to another stage.

In the work are validated and elaborated criteria of difining pedagogical success, dynamism/energy factors of professional abilities, information integration which belong to cultural organization of teacher of music with the view of promotion of qualitative education.

The research approached theoretical, methodological and applied levels, offering in educational theory and in practice new efficiency capacity from the perspectives of unifying theoretical and practical elements of artistic-educational system.
