This research work, being determined by new tendencies in the languages mastering process as the way of foreign language students social-cultural integration in the national and European context, examines the process of foreign language students linguistic education on the basis of the Romanian language.
In the theoretical basing this research work considers the notion of speech on the whole and the notion of individual speech in particular. On the basis of some concepts and ideas in the field of speech development the question of speech role in the student education is considered, the perspectives of foreign language university students linguistic education on the basis of the Romanian language are analyzed, the problems of discursive situation and its role in the Romanian language mastering on communicative basis are raised. Through synthetic analysis of the above ideas the notions of individual speech (idiolect) and discursive situation (DS) are determined, the aims and objectives of students linguistic education are formulated, the complex of monitoring and auto-monitoring methods is elaborated, the technology of individual speech development on the basis of discursive situation is built. On this ground the Paradigm of individual speech was developed, based on discursive situation and designing the process of foreign language students linguistic education, the result of which is individual speech competence, marked by cognitive, affective and behavioral value.
Practical part contains pedagogic experiment organization and realization by means of Paradigm of individual speech introducing on the basis of discursive situation in the process of foreign language students linguistic education. The results of the experiment prove educative significance of the Paradigm of individual speech, demonstrate individual speech competence development in cognitive, affective and behavioral aspects and also stipulate foreign language students social-cultural integration.
Using this Paradigm in practice professors can improve their possibilities in the field of students linguistic education. Material of the research is tested in scientific publications and reports of the post-graduate student.
